How To Clean Yoni Eggs and Wand:
Wash with a gentle soap before first use and after each use, including the string. Rinse well and leave it to dry thoroughly before reusing.

With regular practice, it becomes important to energetically clean your jade egg by putting it in a bowl of sea salt.
For a gentle energy reset, cleanse your Rose Quartz under moonlight or with white sage.
Please note that the colour of rose quartz can fade under direct sunlight so, avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

What size Yoni Egg should I start with:
It is recommended as a general rule, to start with the large egg for about a month, practicing a few times a week. then moving on to the medium size and after about 6 months of practice, progressing to the small size.
