At Undone Kin, we take pride in providing high-quality products designed to support your pleasure, confidence, and wellbeing. For reasons of health, hygiene, and personal safety, many of our items cannot be returned once opened. Please review our policy below before making your purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an item has been dispatched. This ensures the highest hygiene standards for all customers.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the faulty item (if required).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Lingerie, hosiery, intimate items and personal wearables
Items marked as final sale and Gift Cards
Return Process
Contact our customer care team at undonekin@outlook.com with your order details.
Our team will assess your request within 2 business days.
If eligible, we’ll issue a return authorisation and provide further instructions.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days once the item is received and inspected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at undonekin@outlook.com.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a code once your order has been placed, nor issue refunds or store credits if a code was not used.
Only one discount or promotional offer can be applied per order. Orders placed using multiple codes or offers will be cancelled without notice.
If your code is still valid, you’re welcome to use it on a new order.
