Where do we ship?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Discreet Packaging
Your privacy matters. All orders are sent in discreet packaging with no external branding. Parcels will display Undone Kin as the sender.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.*
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Express refers to the delivery speed once shipped, not same-day dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on this link to ensure smooth delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect, or delivery not being arranged, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Return to Sender (RTS) Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to customer error (incorrect address, uncollected parcel, or failure to coordinate with the courier), we will contact you once it’s back in our hands.
- You’ll need to cover the re-shipping fee to have it sent again.
- If you no longer want your order re-shipped, we’ll issue a store credit for the product(s) minus the return fees.
